A: Autobullpen.com will only release a candidate's information to a third party after receiving that candidate's permission. In most cases, we initiate the interview process with each party using the anonymous Candidate and Dealer Profiles. We advise candidates and dealers contact each other by phone (a private party cell phone not assocaited with the candidate or the dealership) to discuss the open position and your experience. If both parties decide to proceed forward with a face-to-face interview at the conclusion of this conversation, they will do so on their own.
